About the role#
Bennett Thrasher is looking for an IT Intern to join the AI and Automation team. You will support internal pilot programs by testing new tools, configuring AI agents, and documenting workflows. This role involves working alongside IT and development staff to turn business needs into AI solutions while following firm standards for security and data handling.
What you'll do#
- Test new AI tools and validate their functionality.
- Help design, build, and configure internal AI agents and automations.
- Perform quality assurance on workflows and integrations to ensure they are reliable and accurate.
- Document AI agent use cases, prompts, and limitations.
- Experiment with automation concepts, APIs, and low-code or no-code tools.
- Talk with stakeholders to understand business problems and suggest AI-enabled solutions.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing or have recently finished a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- You have a strong interest in software development, automation, and AI.
- You possess basic programming experience in languages like Python or JavaScript.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with APIs, prompts, or automation tools is a plus.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site, paid, full-time internship.
- Positions are available in Atlanta, Georgia; Denver, Colorado; and Dallas, Texas.
- The term is rolling.
