About the role#
Benchmark Group, Inc. is hiring an IT Intern to join our team in Rogers, Arkansas. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position with a rolling term. You will work under the direct supervision of the IT team to support our daily technical operations.
What you'll do#
- Deliver, set up, configure, and troubleshoot computers and other technology equipment.
- Provide basic technical support to end users.
- Research and resolve technical problems.
- Document internal processes.
- Assist with inventory management.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in, or completion of, coursework or training in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related IT field.
- Previous experience in a helpdesk, technical support, or IT-related role.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, computer hardware, and basic networking concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
