About the role#
The Marketing Intern supports the execution of email and SMS campaigns from concept to deployment. You will work with the marketing team to coordinate production, prepare creative assets, and ensure quality standards. This role focuses on supporting engagement and retention goals while helping manage the marketing calendar.
What you'll do#
- Build and perform quality assurance on email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, including checking links, personalization, and audience segmentation.
- Coordinate campaign production and prepare creative briefs for design and content teams.
- Maintain the email and SMS marketing calendar and track asset approvals.
- Compile weekly performance reports for email and SMS channels.
- Coordinate with the Creative, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to keep campaigns on schedule.
- Write copy for email and SMS that aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.
What you'll need#
- Internship experience, recent graduation, or 0 to 1 year of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or ecommerce.
- Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on quality assurance.
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- An interest in email and lifecycle marketing.
