About the role#
As a Customer Success Intern, you will work with our team to manage client relationships and support our user base. This role offers the chance to learn customer-centric strategies and gain insight into how we support our clients throughout their lifecycle.
What you'll do#
- Support the Customer Success team to engage with clients and maximize their product adoption.
- Assist and shadow the team during the onboarding process for new customers.
- Monitor accounts to identify opportunities to provide value and address concerns.
- Collect customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
- Create and update materials used by the Customer Success team.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program for Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, or similar software.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work in a team.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
