About the role#
Belden is seeking an IT Intern for the Summer 2027 program. This full-time position allows you to work within a global team to manage enterprise systems, global infrastructure, and cybersecurity operations. You will spend 12 weeks contributing to business projects and collaborating with experienced managers to deliver results.
What you'll do#
- Lead Security Operations Center investigations and ensure adherence to Incident Response procedures.
- Review and create standard operating procedures.
- Perform Threat Hunting and complete Endpoint, Detection, Response (EDR) dispositions.
- Develop Tableau analytics and build reporting dashboards for internal leaders across different regions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program in Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a computing-focused Engineering field.
- Previous technical internship or work experience in software development, data analytics, ERP, or IT infrastructure.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- High learning agility, intellectual curiosity, initiative, and accountability.
- Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

- Work may be performed on-site, hybrid, or remote.
- This is a paid internship.
