About the role#
The Help Desk Intern will learn to deliver customer service while supporting BHG team members and treatment centers. This role provides exposure to service desk operations, desktop software support, and computer systems. You will work on-site in a full-time capacity.
What you'll do#
- Maintain hardware, software, and other systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to users.
- Organize and maintain IT resources.
- Assist with cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulatory bodies.
- Participate in community and public relations activities.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a degree program, preferably in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Computer Engineering.
- Knowledge of IT systems, software, and procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational and management skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
