About the role#
Women's Basketball Student Employees provide daily program support for practice, gameday, and offseason duties. You will work directly with program staff to assist with operations and gain experience in teamwork and preparation.
What you'll do#
- Set up for practices and gamedays.
- Run drills and workouts, including tracking statistics and operating the clock.
- Manage video and film operations.
- Handle general office administration and assigned business operations tasks.
- Complete other duties as assigned, which may include travel.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a Business Administration major.
- Some experience with basketball skills.
- A minimum GPA of 2.00.
- Availability to work mornings, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
- A professional manner and appropriate attire at all times.
Location & details#
- This position is located at the Foster Pavilion in Waco, Texas.
- This is a paid, part-time, on-site role.
- Work schedules consist of 5 to 15 hours per week on a rolling basis.
