About the role#
This part-time student position supports the Director of Team Operations and the Director of Recruiting Content for Baylor Women's Basketball. The role focuses on streamlining recruiting workflows, managing administrative data, and producing multimedia recruiting materials while ensuring compliance with NCAA and institutional regulations.
What you'll do#
- Maintain and update the recruiting database, including prospect profiles, contact logs, evaluation notes, and visit histories.
- Assist with the logistics, scheduling, and hospitality for recruiting visits and on-campus events, including meal arrangements and itineraries.
- Support game day hospitality for visiting recruits.
- Create and edit recruiting content, such as graphic design for mailers and text graphics, as well as short-form video clips and highlight reels.
- Perform general administrative tasks including expense tracking, filing, photocopying, data archiving, and office organization.
- Manage the inventory of recruiting-related equipment and supplies.
- Capture and edit photography for program use, including in-game and behind-the-scenes content.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student status at Baylor University in good academic standing.
- Majors in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or Media Studies are preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic competency with graphic and media tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidential information.
- Reliable transportation or the ability to travel as needed for departmental duties.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during recruiting periods and game seasons.

- Location: Waco, Texas.
- Work Modality: On-site at the Foster Pavilion.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Hours: Approximately 10 to 20 hours per week.
