About the role#
This is a part-time student employee position supporting the Baylor Women's Basketball program. The role provides administrative, data, communications, and creative support to help streamline recruiting workflows and produce multimedia materials while maintaining compliance with NCAA and institutional rules.
What you'll do#
- Maintain and update the recruiting database, including prospect profiles, contact logs, evaluation notes, and visit histories.
- Assist with scheduling, logistics, and hospitality for recruiting visits, events, and game day activities.
- Create and edit recruiting content, including graphic design for mailers and text graphics, as well as short-form video clips.
- Manage administrative tasks such as expense tracking, filing, photocopying, data archiving, and office organization.
- Maintain inventory of recruiting-related equipment and supplies.
- Capture photography for program events and recruiting-related photoshoots.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate status at Baylor University in good academic standing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic competency with graphic and media tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during recruiting periods and game seasons.
- Reliable transportation or the ability to travel as needed for departmental duties.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

- Commitment: Part-time, approximately 10 to 20 hours per week.
