About the role#
This position supports house management at Waco Hall. You will help prepare the lobby for events, greet guests, hand out programs, and assist patrons throughout the event. You are also responsible for ensuring that guests follow facility and event policies.
What you'll do#
- Set up the lobby for events.
- Greet patrons and distribute programs.
- Assist guests during events and answer their questions.
- Resolve issues as they arise.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure services are delivered on time.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications on branding and advertising.
- Participate in planning meetings and conduct updates.
- Create event surveys and recommend improvements for hospitality services.
- Assist with outreach and promotion for upcoming events.
