About the role#
Baylor University is seeking a student photographer for the Fall 2026 semester. This position supports the marketing and communications department by capturing campus events and assignments. You will work with university-provided camera equipment to generate content for weekly social media posts.
What you'll do#
- Photograph university events and assigned projects.
- Assist with the creation of social media content.
- Work a flexible schedule that includes evening and weekend hours.
- Participate in routine critiques and feedback sessions regarding your work.
What you'll need#
- Experience in photography.
- Technical knowledge of DSLR cameras, including manual exposure.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to accommodate an evolving schedule.
- Enrollment in a relevant field such as Communications, Media Studies, Art, Graphic Design, or Marketing.
