About the role#
This internship provides practical experience in marketing and communications within the Hankamer School of Business. You will assist with creative design, content production, and outreach strategies. The role requires 15 to 20 hours per week and is expected to continue until graduation.
What you'll do#
- Produce content for social media accounts and analyze engagement metrics.
- Write copy for blogs, newsletters, and the department website.
- Capture photos at campus events and for promotional use.
- Design graphics for digital signs and social media using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Conduct research on marketing trends and competitor activity.
- Support event promotion, including live updates and post-event coverage.
- Maintain content calendars and organize digital assets.

- Enrollment as a student at Baylor University.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to take initiative on assigned projects.
- Commitment to regular and punctual attendance.
- Adherence to all University policies.
