About the role#
The Department of Health, Human Performance, and Recreation is looking for students to serve as models for a research project involving therapeutic exercise photography. You will perform various movements, ranging from simple stretches to strenuous jumps, to help capture necessary imagery. This is a temporary position that ends once the project is complete.
What you'll do#
- Act as a model for therapeutic exercise photos.
- Follow instructions from the production team regarding positioning and wardrobe.
- Maintain a professional demeanor on set to represent the university.
- Stay available for scheduled shoot dates, which may occasionally require short notice.
- Assist with other departmental duties as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Baylor University student in good academic standing.
- Ability to perform exercises ranging from stretches to jumps.
- Comfort working in front of a camera and collaborating with a team.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Total student employment must not exceed 20 hours per week during the project.
- Availability between June and August, Monday through Friday, from 12-1pm or after 5pm.
Location & details#
- Location: MMGYM 110, 1400 S 5th St, Waco, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Schedule: 1-2 hours per week.
- Pay: $10-$12 per hour, depending on experience and student status.
