About the role#
Baylor University is hiring a Student Worker to serve as an RMI Teacher Assistant. This role supports academic functions including educational research, training coordination, and content development. You will work on-site in Waco, Texas.
What you'll do#
- Research and develop educational or training materials.
- Create content for training programs.
- Coordinate webinars, workshops, and educational sessions.
- Answer questions and provide information to internal and external partners.
- Identify training needs and offer recommendations to department leadership.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive information.
- Assist with the development of departmental processes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in Psychology, Communications, or Human Resources programs.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to follow University policies.
- Consistent and punctual attendance.
- Experience or interest in researching educational materials and coordinating sessions.
