About the role#
The Office of the Registrar at Baylor University is seeking a Student Worker to provide administrative support. This role involves assisting faculty, staff, students, and their families with general inquiries while maintaining a high standard of customer service and strict confidentiality.
What you'll do#
- Provide general office support to department staff.
- Greet visitors and provide information in a professional manner.
- Assist with various departmental projects and activities.
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as distributing mail, scanning documents, and preparing outgoing mail.
What you'll need#
- Must have completed at least one year of enrollment at Baylor University.
- Availability to work between Monday and Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all information.
- Strong commitment to regular and punctual attendance.
- Ability to comply with all university policies.
- A professional work ethic and the ability to work as a self-starter.

- Location: Clifton Robinson Tower, Waco, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: Paid position at $9 per hour.
