About the role#
The Office of the Registrar at Baylor University is hiring a Student Worker to assist with administrative tasks and office operations. This role is open to students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Communications, Political Science, or Sociology. You will support faculty, staff, and students by answering inquiries and handling daily office needs.
What you'll do#
- Provide general office support to the department.
- Greet visitors and offer information with a focus on customer service.
- Assist with various projects and departmental activities.
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as scanning documents, distributing mail, and preparing outgoing mail.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all office information.
What you'll need#
- Completed at least one year of enrollment at Baylor University.
- Availability to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Ability to interact with others using tact and diplomacy.
- A professional work ethic and the ability to work without constant supervision.
- Commitment to following university policies and maintaining regular attendance.

- This position is located at the Clifton Robinson Tower in Waco, Texas.
- The role is on-site and part-time.
- This opportunity is available for the Summer 2026 term.
