About the role#
The Office of the Registrar is seeking a Student Worker to provide administrative support and customer service. This role involves assisting faculty, staff, students, and their families with general inquiries while maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all records and office procedures.
What you'll do#
- Provide general office support and assist with various projects.
- Greet visitors and provide information with professional customer service.
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including distributing mail, scanning documents, and preparing outgoing mail.
- Interact with individuals in a tactful and diplomatic manner.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least one year of enrollment at Baylor University.
- Availability to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- Commitment to maintaining regular, punctual attendance and adhering to university policies.
- A professional work ethic and a strong interest in learning registration and office procedures.
- Students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Communications, Political Science, or Sociology are encouraged to apply.

- Location: Clifton Robinson Tower, Waco, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Flexible hours within the 8:00 am to 5:00 pm window.
