About the role#
The Performance Nutrition department at Baylor University is hiring a student worker to assist with daily fueling and recovery nutrition for student-athletes. This position supports the team by managing inventory, preparing nutrition products, and maintaining the fueling stations.
What you'll do#
- Stock and rotate nutrition products using the FIFO method across all facilities and storage areas.
- Prepare snacks and smoothies for student-athletes.
- Assist with set-up and operational support for practices, training sessions, and competitions.
- Clean and organize fueling areas and storage rooms.
- Follow all safety procedures and precautions.
- Support dietitians with various tasks and projects.
- Maintain regular attendance and follow all University policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student, preferably in Nutrition, Kinesiology, or Health Administration.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliability and a high level of attention to detail.
Location & details#
- This role is located at the Simpson Athletics and Academic Center in Waco, Texas.
- This is a part-time, on-site position.
- You must be available for at least 8 hours per week, specifically between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
- This is a paid position with a rolling term.
