About the role#
The Executive MBA program at Baylor University hires a student worker to support classes, faculty, and students. This role provides operational and administrative assistance during EMBA weekends and special program activities. Classes generally occur one weekend each month.
What you'll do#
- Prepare classrooms before sessions begin.
- Arrange tables and chairs and move supplies for room setup and cleanup.
- Support catering, refreshments, and general event needs.
- Welcome students, faculty, prospective students, and guests.
- Provide administrative support to the EMBA team.
- Assist with technology needs, including Canvas and Zoom.
- Capture photos or videos during events when requested.
- Complete other tasks and special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- A friendly and professional attitude.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow directions.
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Ability to lift and move light boxes and supplies.
- Experience with Canvas, Zoom, photography, or videography is helpful but not required.

- Location: 333 N Washington Ave, Dallas, TX 75246.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Minimum 8 hours per month.
- Compensation: $11.00 per hour.
