About the role#
The Executive MBA (EMBA) Student Worker supports classes, events, faculty, and students during EMBA weekends and special program activities. Classes are typically held one weekend each month, and the role involves performing operational functions that contribute to departmental goals.
What you'll do#
- Set up classrooms before sessions begin.
- Manage room setup and cleanup, including arranging tables, chairs, and moving supplies.
- Assist with catering, refreshments, and general event support.
- Welcome and assist students, prospective students, faculty, and guests.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the EMBA team.
- Assist with technology needs, including Canvas and Zoom, as well as photography or videography during events if requested.
- Complete special projects as assigned.

- Ability to lift and move light boxes and supplies.
- Experience with Canvas, Zoom, photography, or videography is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Baylor University School of Nursing, 333 N Washington Ave, Dallas, TX.
- Schedule: Minimum 8 hours per month.
- Term: Summer 2026 and ongoing.
- Compensation: Paid position at $11.00/hr.
