About the role#
The Executive MBA (EMBA) Student Worker supports classes, events, faculty, and students during EMBA weekends and program activities. Classes are typically held one weekend each month. This role provides operational and administrative assistance to the EMBA team within the Hankamer School of Business Graduate Office.
What you'll do#
- Set up classrooms before class begins.
- Assist with room setup and cleanup, including arranging furniture and moving supplies.
- Support catering, refreshments, and general event operations.
- Welcome and assist students, prospective students, faculty, and guests.
- Provide administrative support to the EMBA team.
- Assist with technology needs, including Canvas and Zoom.
- Capture photos or videos during events as requested.
- Complete other tasks and special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow directions.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to lift and move light boxes and supplies.
- Familiarity with Canvas, Zoom, photography, or videography is a plus but not required.

- Location: Baylor University School of Nursing, 333 N Washington Ave, Dallas, TX 75246.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Work Schedule: Minimum 8 hours per month.
- Compensation: $11.00 per hour.
