About the role#
This student worker position supports the Bear Foundation in business operations. The role focuses on donor relations, customer service, and event support within the athletic department.
What you'll do#
- Assist donors and season ticket holders with ticket purchases, exchanges, and account management.
- Provide information to members regarding giving opportunities, season ticket benefits, and parking options.
- Resolve customer concerns related to memberships, ticketing, and event attendance.
- Support staff with event logistics.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business Administration major.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to assist with ticketing processes.
Location & details#
- This role is located at the Simpson Athletic Complex in Waco, Texas.
- The position is on-site and requires 20 hours of work per week.
- This is a paid position for the Fall 2026 term.
