About the role#

This student worker position supports the Bear Foundation in business operations. The role focuses on donor relations, customer service, and the coordination of athletic event logistics.

What you'll do#

Assist donors and season ticket holders with ticket purchases, exchanges, and account management.
Provide information to members regarding giving opportunities, season ticket benefits, and parking options.
Resolve customer concerns related to memberships, ticketing, and event attendance.
Support the team with general event logistics.

What you'll need#

Current enrollment as a student majoring in Business Administration.
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Previous experience in customer service.
High attention to detail.
Ability to assist with ticketing systems and account management.

Location & details#

Location: Simpson Athletic Complex, Waco, Texas.
Schedule: 20 hours per week.
Term: Fall 2026.
Compensation: $9.00 per hour.
