About the role#
The Baylor Soccer program is seeking a student worker to provide operational and administrative support for an NCAA Division 1 team. This position requires a strong work ethic to assist with the daily functions of the soccer program.
What you'll do#
- Perform operational duties including practice preparation, team laundry, and delivery management.
- Provide mid to advanced level administrative support for day-to-day tasks.
- Serve as an initial point of contact for in-person guests and callers while providing customer service.
- Assist with special projects, event planning, and departmental initiatives.
- Generate and analyze reports, maintain internal databases, and manage department records.
- Create content or maintain department websites as needed.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and assist with compliance processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student, with preference for majors in Business Administration, Communications, or Kinesiology.
- Ability to comply with all University policies.
- Consistent and punctual attendance.
- Capacity to perform specialized business or operational functions to support departmental goals.
Location & details#
- Location: Williams Soccer Facility, Waco, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Schedule: Minimum of 12 hours per week, with shifts between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM and availability for flexible weekends.
- Compensation: $7.25 to $10.00 per hour.
