About the role#

This student worker position supports the operations of the Baylor University Division 1 soccer program. The role requires a high work ethic to assist with the daily requirements of an elite NCAA team.

What you'll do#

• Perform operational duties including practice preparation, team laundry, and delivery management.
• Provide mid to advanced level administrative support for day-to-day tasks.
• Serve as an initial point of contact for in-person guests and callers, ensuring quality customer service.
• Assist with special projects, event planning, and coordination.
• Generate and analyze reports, maintain internal databases, and assist with compliance processes.
• Create content or maintain department websites as needed.
• Identify areas for operational improvement and recommend solutions.

What you'll need#

• Ability to comply with all University policies.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Strong work ethic and ability to function within an elite team environment.
• Majors in Business Administration, Communications, or Kinesiology are preferred.

Location & details#

• Location: Williams Soccer Facility, Waco, Texas.
• Term: Summer 2026.
• Schedule: Minimum 12 hours per week, with shifts between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM and flexible weekend availability.
• Compensation: $7.25 - $10.00 per hour.
