Baylor University is seeking a student worker to support the soccer program. This role involves performing specialized operational and administrative functions to assist with the day-to-day requirements of an NCAA Division 1 soccer team. Candidates should be prepared to handle tasks such as practice preparation, team laundry, and delivery management.
What you'll do#
- Provide mid to advanced level administrative and operational support for daily tasks.
- Serve as an initial point of contact for in-person guests and callers while providing customer service.
- Assist with special projects, event planning, and coordination.
- Generate and analyze reports, maintain internal databases, and update department websites or creative content.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and assist with compliance processes.
What you'll need#
- Strong work ethic and the ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
- Commitment to complying with all University policies.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Operations Management, or Communications.
Location & details#
- Location: Williams Soccer Facility, Waco, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Schedule: Minimum 12 hours per week, with shifts between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM and flexible weekend availability.
- Compensation: $7.25 - $10.00 per hour.
