About the role#
This student worker position supports the daily operations of the Baylor University soccer program. The role requires a strong work ethic to assist with the administrative and operational needs of an NCAA Division 1 team.
What you'll do#
- Provide mid to advanced level administrative and operational support for daily tasks.
- Assist with operational duties including practice preparation, team laundry, and delivery management.
- Serve as an initial point of contact for in-person guests and callers while providing customer service.
- Generate reports, maintain internal databases, and assist with forecasting.
- Create content or maintain department websites.
- Assist with event planning, coordination, and special projects.
- Help identify areas for process improvement and support compliance efforts.
What you'll need#
- Strong work ethic and the ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to comply with all University policies.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Operations Management, or Communications.
Location & details#
- Location: Williams Soccer Facility, Waco, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Minimum 12 hours per week, with shifts between 2PM and 7PM and flexible weekend availability.
- Compensation: Paid position ($7.25 to $10 per hour).
