About the role#
The Student HR Intern provides operational and administrative support to the Baylor Eats Human Resources team. This position offers practical experience in HR functions while assisting with daily department initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Provide operational support to the Human Resources team.
- Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including support for student hiring through the Ignite platform.
- Support onboarding procedures and employee recognition initiatives.
- Manage and maintain employee records.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- Previous experience in administrative support.
- Knowledge of general HR functions and processes.
- Ability to assist with recruitment and familiarity with records management.
Location & details#
- Location: LL Sams, 2000 S 1st St, Waco, Texas.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: 10 to 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Compensation: $13.00 per hour.
- Term: Rolling.
