About the role#
The Mayborn Museum is looking for a student to help build evaluation capacity. This role supports efforts to collect, analyze, and report on visitor experience data. You will gain experience in human subject research and data evaluation while working with a team focused on becoming a data-driven organization.
What you'll do#
- Oversee the COVES survey project, which includes planning, set-up, and implementation.
- Spend 4 hours each week administering the survey to visitors.
- Create monthly reports based on survey data.
- Plan and lead volunteer trainings on survey administration.
- Assist your supervisor in evaluating the effectiveness of survey efforts.
- Provide general office support, including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and maintaining files.
- Handle other evaluation or market research projects as assigned.

Location & details#
- Location: Waco, Texas.
- Schedule: 12 hours per week, including weekends.
- Pay: $10.00 per hour.
- Employment type: Part-time student worker.
