This student worker position supports the Branding and Creative Services department at Baylor University. The role involves capturing visual content for Baylor Athletics, including live sporting events, practices, team activities, and behind-the-scenes moments. You will work closely with the creative staff to support content planning and contribute fresh visual ideas for social media and marketing initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Photograph live sporting events, studio sessions, and product photography.
- Edit, label, and organize photos post-production for marketing use.
- Assist with gameday and media day operations, including the setup and take down of lighting and backdrops.
- Manage post-event file organization and cataloging.
- Collaborate with creative staff to execute content strategies.
What you'll need#
- A creative eye for photography and a full understanding of camera equipment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and/or Photoshop.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A minimum GPA of 2.00.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required by event schedules.
- Preferred majors include Communications, Graphic Design, or Media Studies.

- Location: McLane Stadium, Waco, Texas.
- Term: Fall 2026 and ongoing.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: 20 hours per week.
- Compensation: $8.00–$12.00 per hour.
