About the role#
Baylor University is hiring a student worker to support the Branding and Creative Services department. This role focuses on capturing visual content for Baylor Athletics. You will document live sporting events, team practices, and behind-the-scenes moments. The position involves both field and studio work, including product photography and assisting with athlete features.
What you'll do#
- Photograph live sporting events, practices, and team activities.
- Assist with studio and product photography.
- Edit, label, and organize photos for social media and marketing use.
- Set up and take down lighting and backdrops for media days and gamedays.
- Manage post-event file organization.
- Work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating with the creative staff.
What you'll need#
- An eye for creative photography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop.
- A full understanding of photography equipment.
- Flexibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- A minimum GPA of 2.00.
- Ability to comply with all NCAA and university policies.
Location & details#
- Location: McLane Stadium, Waco, Texas.
- Schedule: 20 hours per week with flexible hours.
- Term: Starting Fall 2026.
- Compensation: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour.
