Student Worker - Athletics Front Desk Worker- SACE

About the role#

The Student-Athlete Center for Excellence is seeking a student worker to provide administrative support and customer service at the front desk. This position involves managing daily operations within the center and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.

What you'll do#

• Greet visitors and manage the check-in process for student-athletes and tutors.
• Monitor appointment schedules and notify parties if they are late for sessions.
• Manage the checkout process for center supplies.
• Maintain compliance with all departmental and NCAA policies.
• Uphold the confidentiality of student information.
• Participate in onboarding education and communicate regularly with supervisors regarding scheduling.

What you'll need#

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 hours per week.
• Current enrollment in a program such as Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology.

• Location: Waco, Texas.
• Work Modality: On-site at the Student-Athlete Center for Excellence.
• Term: Fall 2026.
• Compensation: Paid position at $9 per hour.
