About the role#
The Student-Athlete Center for Excellence is seeking a student worker to provide administrative support and customer service at the front desk. This position involves managing daily operations within the center and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
What you'll do#
- Greet visitors and manage the check-in process for student-athletes and tutors.
- Monitor appointment schedules and notify parties if they are late for sessions.
- Manage the checkout process for center supplies.
- Maintain compliance with all departmental and NCAA policies.
- Uphold the confidentiality of student information.
- Participate in onboarding education and communicate regularly with supervisors regarding scheduling.
What you'll need#
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 hours per week.
- Current enrollment in a program such as Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology.

- Location: Waco, Texas.
- Work Modality: On-site at the Student-Athlete Center for Excellence.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Compensation: Paid position at $9 per hour.
