About the role#
The Student-Athlete Center for Excellence is hiring a student worker to serve as an Athletics Front Desk Worker. This position provides administrative support and customer service for the center. The role requires a minimum of 6 hours of availability per week.
What you'll do#
- Greet visitors and check in student-athletes and tutors for scheduled appointments.
- Provide administrative support by managing supply check-outs.
- Communicate with individuals who are late for their sessions.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding student information.
- Participate in onboarding education and attend all scheduled shifts.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members regarding schedule changes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in majors such as Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology.
- Strong time management skills.
- A personable and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Ability to maintain compliance with departmental and NCAA policies.

- Location: Waco, Texas.
- Work modality: On-site at the Student-Athlete Center for Excellence.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Compensation: $9 per hour.
