Student Worker - Athletics Front Desk Worker- SACE

About the role#

Athletics Front Desk Workers support the Student-Athlete Center for Excellence by providing welcoming customer service and light administrative support. This position requires a minimum of 6 hours of availability per week.

What you'll do#

• Greet visitors and check in student-athletes and tutors for appointments.
• Manage appointment communications for parties running late.
• Check out supplies to visitors.
• Perform administrative tasks with attention to detail.
• Attend all scheduled shifts.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment as a student, with a preference for majors in Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology.
• Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding student information.
• Commitment to departmental and NCAA policy compliance.
• Participation in required onboarding education.

• Compensation: $9 per hour
