About the role#
This is a paid student internship within the Athletics Performance department at Baylor University. Interns work directly under the supervision of a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. You will support the Division 1 Football team and help maintain the daily operations of the weight room.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the coordination of strength and conditioning activities.
- Help implement training programs for the Division 1 Football team.
- Monitor safety standards for all equipment and exercises.
- Complete various department duties as assigned to support the team.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a student in a relevant field such as Kinesiology, Nutrition, Health Administration, or Biomedical Sciences.
- Ability to work 20 hours per week.
- Commitment to follow best practices for safety and program implementation.

- Location: Fudge Football Facility Weight Room, Waco, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2026 and Fall 2026.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Pay: $8.50 per hour.
