About the role#
This is a paid internship opportunity for students interested in gaining practical experience within the Athletics Performance department. Working under the supervision of a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, interns will support the training operations for the Division 1 Football team.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the coordination of strength and conditioning activities.
- Help implement training programs tailored for the Division 1 Football team.
- Monitor the weight room to ensure all equipment and exercises adhere to safety best practices.
- Support the daily operations and overall success of the Athletics Performance department through assigned tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student, preferably in Kinesiology, Nutrition, Health Administration, or Biomedical Sciences.
- Ability to commit to a 20-hour work week.
- Interest in strength and conditioning coordination and athletic performance.

- Location: Fudge Football Facility Weight Room, Waco, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2026 and Fall 2026.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $8.50 per hour.
