About the role#
The Athletic Director's Office is seeking a student worker to provide administrative and clerical support within the Intercollegiate Athletics department. This role involves managing daily office operations and assisting staff with various tasks to support the department's mission.
What you'll do#
- Greet visitors and provide customer service.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, messages, and mail.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and maintaining office records.
- Support data entry tasks, including the creation of spreadsheets and reports.
- Help organize office supplies and common areas.
- Route and resolve general information requests.
What you'll need#
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Commitment to ensuring the confidentiality of all pertinent information.
- Ability to comply with all University policies.
- Preference for students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Sociology, or Psychology.
Location & details#
- Location: Simpson, 500 S University Parks Dr, Waco, Texas.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: 20 hours per week.
- Term: Ongoing, rolling basis.
