About the role#
The Hankamer School of Business Graduate Office is hiring a student worker to provide administrative and clerical support. You will assist with daily office operations and help maintain records for graduate programs. This role is paid and requires on-site work in Waco, Texas.
What you'll do#
- Greet visitors and provide customer service.
- Process graduate transcripts, perform data entry, and manage report processing.
- Update graduate student accounts in Slate.
- Run queries, track inventory, and handle mailouts for three programs.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and general office organization.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and messages.
- Help route and resolve information requests.
- Support office events such as the Hooding Ceremony, Advisory Council meetings, Done in A Day, and Orientation.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information.
What you'll need#
- Ability to comply with all university policies.
- Consistent and punctual attendance.
Location & details#
- Location: HSB Foster Office suite 410, 1621 S. 3rd Street, Waco, Texas.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, with hours varying based on your class schedule.
- Pay: 11.50 dollars per hour.
- Term: Rolling, from September 14, 2026, through your graduation date.
