About the role#
Baylor University is hiring an Office Assistant for the Teal Residential College. This position provides administrative support to the on-campus community. You will serve as a resource for residents, visitors, and staff while helping maintain a secure living environment.
What you'll do#
- Monitor door security and alert appropriate staff if issues arise.
- Help residents with room access, including managing unlock codes.
- Maintain accurate log books for maintenance requests, equipment check-outs, lost and found items, and gift registries.
- Assist residents in communicating concerns to the hall staff.
- Enforce housing policies and procedures.
- Complete administrative tasks as assigned by the Residence Hall Director.
What you'll need#
- Ability to provide administrative support in a residential setting.
- Knowledge of campus resources and locations.
- Commitment to upholding customer service standards.
- Willingness to enforce housing policies and monitor building security.
- Students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Public Health, or Psychology are encouraged to apply.
