About the role#
This is a paid student worker position for the Fall 2026 semester. You will work 10 to 20 hours per week providing marketing and outreach services for Charity Champions at TFNB Your Bank for Life. You must spend at least 50% of your time working from the organization's office.
What you'll do#
- Identify marketing needs and produce content for social media, including photos, videos, and a posting calendar.
- Create and manage physical collateral, website designs, and branding materials.
- Write external and internal communications such as press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and pitch letters.
- Design creative materials for major fundraising events.
- Attend weekly meetings with your TFNB supervisor and the organization.
- Maintain a schedule of 4 social posts per week, 1 live stream per semester, and regular updates to flyers and collateral.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a student employee at Baylor University.
- Experience creating social media content.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design.

- Location: Waco, Texas.
- Work Modality: On-site at 901 South 8th Street.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.
