About the role#
This position provides administrative support to on-campus residential communities at Baylor University. Employees in this role contribute to the living experience by serving as a primary point of contact and resource for residents, families, visitors, and staff.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support to residential communities.
- Serve as a resource and referral agent for residents, parents, and visitors.
- Support building safety by verifying resident identity and monitoring escort and visitation policies.
- Communicate issues of concern to residence hall support staff.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a graduate student.
- Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week between 7:00 AM and 1:00 AM.
- Strong communication skills to assist residents and staff.
- Interest in supporting the on-campus living experience.
Location & details#
- Location: Waco, Texas.
- Work site: University House.
- Term: Summer 2026 and Fall 2026.
- Pay rate: $7.25 per hour.
