This Graduate Assistant position supports the Campus Recreation department at Baylor University. The role involves hands-on administration of the university's intramural and club sport programs.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the daily administration of comprehensive intramural and club sport programs.
- Manage personnel responsibilities, including hiring, training, and evaluating a team of 50 student employees.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a graduate student, with a preference for majors in Business Administration, Kinesiology, or Real Estate.
- Availability to work 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

- Location: McLane Student Life Center, Waco, Texas.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Schedule: 20 hours per week.
- Compensation: $15.00 per hour.
