About the role#
This position serves as a Graduate Assistant for Competitive Sports within the Campus Recreation department. The role focuses on supporting the management of intramural and club sport programs at Baylor University.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the administration of a comprehensive intramural and club sport program.
- Manage personnel tasks, including hiring, training, and evaluating a team of 50 student employees.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a graduate program, preferably in Business Administration, Kinesiology, or Real Estate.
- Ability to commit to 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

- Location: McLane Student Life Center, Waco, Texas.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $15.00 per hour.
