Appreciation Night Thank You Crew Member

About the role#

Join the Thank You Crew to support the annual Baylor Faculty and Staff Appreciation Night. This role involves assisting with the execution of an event serving over 4,500 faculty, staff, and their families. You will help create a positive experience for attendees through greeting, activity coordination, and general event support.

What you'll do#

• Provide on-site support for event set-up, registration, and clean-up.
• Assist in planning and coordinating event activities as needed.
• Deliver customer service to clients and visitors while answering inquiries.
• Perform various hospitality tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the event.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance and comply with university policies.

What you'll need#

• A willingness to help others.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to perform physical effort involving the handling of light materials and supplies (0 to 15 lbs).
• Students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, or Public Health are encouraged to apply.

Location & details#

• Location: Waco, Texas, at Touchdown Alley and McLane Stadium.
• Term: Fall 2026 (Event date: October 10, 2026).
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Compensation: Paid at $13 per hour.
• Shift options: 2:00pm–5:00pm, 4:00pm–8:00pm, or 7:00pm–10:00pm.
