About the role#
The Product Development Internship is a 10-week immersive program based at our headquarters in Springfield, Missouri. You will gain a broad overview of our business operations while focusing on professional and competency development. This is a full-time, paid position that provides hands-on experience working alongside our teams.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the development of proprietary products, including identifying market trends and setting product and price structures.
- Support the Merchant and Product Development team with product specifications, sourcing, forecasting, and marketing strategy.
- Help the merchant prepare financial plans and business strategy.
- Manage vendor samples for new products.
- Log and track designs and TX documents requiring approval from the Merchandiser or Catalog Assistant.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Completion of your junior year of college through your graduating year.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to commit to the full 10-week program at 40 hours per week.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to relocate to Springfield, Missouri, for the duration of the program.
