About the role#
As a Member Experience Intern, you will act as the primary point of contact for our customers. You will serve as the voice of our brand and work to ensure every member interaction is clear, helpful, and effective. This role sits at the intersection of operational detail and direct communication, requiring you to balance customer needs with technical problem-solving.
What you'll do#
- Communicate with members through phone, email, text, and other channels.
- Provide personalized support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our power products.
- Use internal tools to track, manage, and prioritize member interactions.
What you'll need#
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on following structured, technical processes.
- Clear, empathetic communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
- Ability to stay organized and manage high volumes of reviews or inquiries.
- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn new tools and workflows quickly.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively through ambiguity.
- Self-motivated work ethic.

- This is an on-site role based in Austin, Texas.
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling start date.
