About the role#
We are looking for a Financial Planning Intern to join our finance team. You will support our budgeting, forecasting, and reporting efforts while performing financial analysis. This role involves connecting financial and operational information to track business performance. You will work directly with various teams across the company to turn data into insights.
What you'll do#
- Support our budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and analyses.
- Compare actual results against budgets to identify key drivers of variances.
- Use financial and operational data to support business decisions.
- Organize and improve financial models, reporting, and planning processes.
- Partner with finance and accounting team members to validate financial information.
- Assist with recurring reporting and ad hoc analyses.
- Improve the way financial information is organized and communicated across the company.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, computer science, data science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and large datasets.
- A desire to understand how businesses work.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to communicate clearly and turn analysis into practical takeaways.
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and concepts.
- Experience with financial modeling, SQL, BI tools, or orchestrating AI agents is a plus.

- This role is based on-site in Austin, Texas.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
