About the role#
We are looking for an Analytics Intern to help make data more accessible, reliable, and useful. You will work with financial and operational data to answer questions, build analyses, and create reporting that gives teams a clearer view of the business. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems with data.
What you'll do#
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Help prepare and maintain financial reports and analyses.
- Analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts to identify key drivers of variances.
- Work with financial and operational data to support business decisions.
- Organize and improve financial models, reporting, and planning processes.
- Partner with finance and accounting teams to validate financial information.
- Assist with recurring reporting and ad hoc analyses.
- Improve the way financial information is organized, accessed, and communicated across the company.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, computer science, data science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and large amounts of data.
- Curiosity and an interest in understanding how businesses work.
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to get the numbers right.
- Ability to communicate clearly and turn analysis into practical takeaways.
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and concepts.
- Experience with financial modeling, SQL, BI tools, or orchestrating AI agents is a plus.
