About the role#
The Deployments Operations team handles the logistics and coordination required to keep installations on schedule. This involves managing scheduling, crew coordination, inventory flow, and communication across field, warehouse, and customer touchpoints. You will solve problems that determine if crews arrive at job sites ready to work. This role involves owning processes that impact our ability to scale.
What you'll do#
- Support scheduling and coordination of installation appointments for field crews and customers.
- Track inventory and equipment logistics to ensure crews have necessary supplies.
- Identify bottlenecks in the deployment pipeline and propose process improvements.
- Coordinate communication between field teams, warehouse staff, and customers.
- Help define and monitor KPIs related to deployment efficiency and on-time performance.
- Contribute to documentation and standard operating procedures as we enter new markets.
- Support ad hoc projects to improve the speed and reliability of the deployment process.
