    About the role#

    The Nurse Intern II ER role provides technical assistance and patient care support under the direction of a registered nurse to achieve quality outcomes. This is a full-time, paid position designed for nursing graduates awaiting licensure.

    What you'll do#

    • Assess patients under the direction of a registered nurse.
    • Contribute to, implement, and evaluate the plan of care under the direction of a registered nurse.
    • Provide direct patient care and assistance to nursing staff.
    • Participate in activities to improve health care delivery and build clinical leadership knowledge.
    • Engage in ongoing educational activities and complete assigned goals.

    What you'll need#

    • Graduation from a registered nursing program and currently awaiting licensure.
    • Computer literacy.
    • BLS certification, which must be obtained within 14 days of the hire date.
