About the role#

The Intern-Nurse II 3 South role provides technical assistance to a defined group of patients under the direction of a registered nurse. This position focuses on achieving quality patient outcomes while supporting nursing staff and improving health care delivery.

What you'll do#

Assess patients and contribute to the development of care plans under the direction of a registered nurse.
Implement and evaluate plans of care as directed.
Provide direct patient care and general assistance to the nursing staff.
Participate in activities to improve health care delivery and build clinical leadership knowledge.
Engage in ongoing educational activities and complete assigned professional goals.

What you'll need#

Graduation from a registered nursing program and currently awaiting licensure.
Computer literacy.
BLS certification, which must be obtained within 14 days of the hire date.
