About the role#
This Summer 2027 Tax Internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in tax advisory and compliance services. Interns work full time while building professional relationships and developing technical accounting skills. The program is designed to provide a foundation for those interested in a long-term career in public accounting, with the potential to transition into a full-time associate role based on performance.
What you'll do#
- Deliver tax advisory and compliance services to clients.
- Participate in intern orientation, technical training, and development programs.
- Engage in on-the-job training through real work assignments that bridge academic knowledge with professional practice.
- Collaborate with associates, seniors, managers, and partners across various industries.
- Demonstrate professional capabilities to be considered for future full-time employment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accounting, law, or related business program with sufficient coursework to sit for the CPA or Bar exam.
- Ability to work full time for the duration of the internship.
- Outstanding academic performance with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous internship or relevant work experience is desired.
- Note that immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
