About the role#
This position is exclusively for Summer 2026 Baker Tilly interns seeking conversion to a full-time role. As a Digital Advisory Staff Consultant, you will integrate advanced technologies with business transformation services to assist clients in navigating digital challenges. You will work alongside experienced professionals, including Staff, Seniors, Managers, and Principals, to gain hands-on experience in a practice area determined by your skills and interests.
What you'll do#
- Execute meaningful work engagements through client projects, internal initiatives, and research.
- Collaborate with team members across various industries and service lines.
- Engage directly with a diverse range of clients, from privately held businesses to publicly traded multi-national corporations.
- Participate in networking activities, formal training, and community volunteering events.
- Work on impactful client engagements while developing technical and functional capabilities.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a Summer 2026 Baker Tilly intern.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- Outstanding academic performance, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional client service and work effectively in a team environment.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Availability to travel as needed for client projects.

- This is a full-time, on-site position.
- Locations: Chicago, Illinois; Washington, DC; and New York City, New York.
- Compensation for this role is influenced by factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. The annual pay ranges are $73,500 to $104,280 in Chicago, $80,500 to $113,760 in Washington DC, and $85,000 to $118,490 in New York.
