About the role#
This position is open exclusively to current Baker Tilly Summer 2026 interns seeking conversion to a full-time role. As an International Tax and Transfer Pricing Associate, you will join a global team focused on helping clients navigate complex international tax environments, cross-border transactions, and transfer pricing requirements.
What you'll do#
- Assist in advising clients on international tax services, including planning, research, and compliance.
- Work on multiple international tax engagements to deliver quality tax planning and consulting projects.
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, financial models, and economic analyses.
- Analyze client financial and operational data to evaluate cross-border intercompany transactions.
- Collaborate with Baker Tilly professionals and global member firms to deliver integrated tax solutions.
- Help provide technical guidance to tax professionals across the firm.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and Baker Tilly office locations as needed.
- Must be a current Summer 2026 Baker Tilly intern.
