About the role#
This position is exclusively for current Summer 2026 Baker Tilly interns seeking conversion to a full-time Strategy and Operations Consultant role. You will support a variety of projects primarily for government and not-for-profit clients. The work focuses on management and organization assessments, process improvement, and the development of policies and procedures.
What you'll do#
- Perform analysis and support the preparation of client deliverables, including findings and recommendations.
- Draft and finalize reports based on client input and project documentation.
- Conduct interviews and manage responses to online surveys.
- Engage in performance audits and strategic planning initiatives.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Public Policy, Accounting, or a related business major.
- Status as a current Summer 2026 Baker Tilly intern.
- Ability to commute throughout the region to various Baker Tilly offices as needed.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, during peak seasonal periods.
