About the role#
This position is exclusively for current Baker Tilly Summer 2026 interns seeking conversion to a full-time role. As a Cyber Risk Consultant, you will join a practice focused on helping clients assess risks, develop strategies, and implement cybersecurity best practices. You will work within a collaborative team to address governance, compliance, and internal controls.
What you'll do#
- Think strategically about client business operations, systems, and associated risks.
- Partner with clients to develop solutions to complex problems and drive positive change.
- Build expertise in managing cybersecurity risks and implementing effective controls across various platforms.
- Work closely with client executives and management teams to provide consultation on risk and control environments.
- Assist with the ongoing development and growth of the internal team.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Outstanding academic performance, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, interpersonal relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving.
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel.
- Must be a current Summer 2026 Baker Tilly intern.

- This is a full-time, on-site position.
