About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship for the 2027 program. You will work within our investment banking team to gain hands-on experience with real deals. You will work alongside senior bankers and interact with clients throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Provide execution support for public equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other financial advisory services.
- Lead the preparation of company valuations and financial models.
- Create client presentations.
- Conduct industry research and analysis.
- Work closely with senior bankers and senior management to gain exposure to various transactions across different industries.
What you'll need#
- You are a 1st year MBA candidate graduating in winter 2027 or spring 2028.
- Three to five years of prior work experience.
- Proven analytical skills and a desire to learn in a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and strong communication skills.
- Previous exposure to investment banking or the financial services industry is helpful.
Location & details#
- This internship is located in Chicago, Illinois, or Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- The role is on-site and full-time during the summer.
- Significant hours are required.
- This is a paid position with a base salary of $175,000, pro-rated for the duration of the program.
