About the role#
We are looking for a student to join our food service team at Mt. St. Joseph University. You will work weekends from 10am to 6pm. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Prepare hot and cold food items.
- Store food properly while following temperature and safety guidelines.
- Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, and utensils.
- Serve guests and interact with them in dining and retail areas.
- Follow standard guest service procedures, including greeting customers.
- Clean and sanitize your workstation and equipment.
- Manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining an efficient pace.
What you'll need#
- A strong work ethic.
- Ability to communicate professionally and respectfully with team members and other departments.
- Experience in food service is preferred.
- Ability to maintain professional relationships with supervisors, managers, vendors, and customers.

- This role is located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
- This is an on-site position.
- We conduct pre-employment drug testing.
