About the role#
As a Store Development Intern, you will focus on the life cycle of developing our stores. This includes site selection, pre-construction tasks, construction, optimizing retail store layouts, and real estate management. You will work in a team environment to support the planning, execution, and optimization of store development initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate in teams and manage individual projects.
- Work closely with store development professionals, construction partners, and cross-functional business teams.
- Participate in cross-functional job shadowing opportunities.
- Attend professional and personal development workshops.
- Take part in networking and community service events.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a rising junior, senior, or graduate student at an accredited college or university.
- Academic background in Architecture, Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Alteryx, GIS, and AutoCAD is a strong plus.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in Memphis, Tennessee.
- You must be able to reside in the Memphis area for the duration of the program.
