About the role#
As a Merchandising Intern, you will participate in our 9-week summer program. This role offers hands-on experience within a corporate retail environment, including cross-functional job shadowing, mentorship, and professional development workshops.
What you'll do#
- Plan and execute product selection and displays.
- Analyze sales data and monitor product performance.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve the in-store shopping experience.
- Support broader merchandising strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer experiences.
- Execute assigned projects throughout the summer.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior, senior, or graduate student at an accredited college or university.
- You must not graduate before June 7, 2027.
- Ability to reside in the Memphis area for the duration of the internship.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant academic background in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or other related fields.
- Automotive knowledge is a plus.
